Q: How long is a lounge reservation and how much does it cost?
A: We offer a 50-minute cat lounge session for $10 suggested donation. Children between 7-15 are free.
Q: What is your policy on Cancellations?
A: You can reschedule or cancel your experience for a full refund at least 24 hours in advance with an email to email@example.com. Cancellations within less than 24 hours from your visit are not refundable.
Q: What is the age limit for the lounge?
A: For the safety of the cats, children under the age of 7 are not allowed to visit the lounge. Our cats’ welfare is our top priority and we’re limiting the chance of them being overstimulated by constant excitement. Young children have a lot of energy and sometimes cats don’t appreciate their loving gestures.
We’re accepting children ages 7-15 with a parent/guardian and no more than two children per adult during regular business hours. If a child you bring is aggressive or excessively excited, you may be asked to leave for the well-being of the cats and other guests. We prefer that no one pick up cats at any time and children are never allowed to pick up any cats and may only pet and play with cats in a respectful manner.
Q: Are food and beverages allowed in the cat lounge?
A: You are welcome to bring your snacks and drinks into the cat lounge. However, under no circumstances are the cats allowed to partake.
Q How many people are allowed in the lounge?
A: Due to the size of our lounge, no more than 4 guests from one group or family will be allowed in the lounge at one time.
Q Where can I park?
A: Free parking is available on Mesa, south of 7th Street and on 8th Street. There is also metered parking available on 7th Street and Mesa, north of 7th. Large public parking lots are available at 460 W. 7th Street, and at the corner of 8th Street and Mesa. Please reference our map.
