Foster care volunteers provide temporary care mainly for kittens, puppies, dogs and cats. But sometime there are opportunities to foster other domestic animals. Some animals may only need a home for several days or weeks, while others may need more time and care. By fostering an animal in need, you prepare that animal for adoption into a permanent family by providing a comfortable home setting that helps keep these companion animals happy and healthy. You can be the difference for these animals.

Did You Know?
Thousands of baby kittens are euthanized in Los Angeles shelters every year because they are not old enough to be spayed/neutered and adopted. By temporarily fostering a kitten until it reaches 2 pounds in body weight, you are directly saving its life.
In 2017, SNP LA will save 1,200 neonatal kittens from certain euthanasia at LA shelters. Will you help us save these precious lives by becoming a foster parent today? Together, we can fix this!
